Singing and Stories at Waterloo Library is an early learning program designed for children aged 0–5 and their parents or carers. Each session combines engaging picture book reading, cheerful singing, rhythm, rhyme and hands-on craft activities to encourage creativity and curiosity.
Through interactive storytelling and music, children develop early literacy, language and communication skills while building confidence, listening abilities and social connections. The program creates a welcoming environment where young children can explore stories, express themselves and develop a positive relationship with books and learning.
