The Connect+Explore After-School Inquiry Workshops offer an outstanding, highly structured framework for critical thinking and collaborative discussion. Far from being a traditional competitive debate club, this program focuses entirely on open inquiry. Facilitated by experienced mentors, it provides an environment where adolescents can voice their thoughts, ask deep questions, and actively analyse diverse worldviews without fear of judgment

English (Speaking and Listening / Critical Literacy) VRQA Learning Outcome: Students critically analyse societal themes, such as online truth, ethical frameworks, and environmental sustainability. They synthesise multiple peer arguments, identify underlying biases in common viewpoints, and confidently voice structural defenses of their own beliefs in a group setting.
