This program engages young people aged 13–18, (or younger if already enrolled in high school) in a wide range of activities during school holidays, including creative workshops, cultural excursions, sports, and recreational outings. It provides opportunities to build independence, teamwork, and confidence while socialising in a safe environment.

Stage 4 (Years 7–8) – PDHPE PD4-1: Examines and demonstrates the role help-seeking strategies and behaviours play in supporting themselves and others. PD4-2: Examines strategies that enhance inclusivity, equality and respectful relationships. PD4-10: Explains how empathy, inclusion and respect can positively influence relationships. PD4-11: Selects and uses interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with others to promote inclusion and build relationships. Stage 5 (Years 9–10) – PDHPE PD5-1: Assesses their capacity to reflect on and respond positively to challenges. PD5-2: Explains and uses health and physical activity strategies that enhance inclusion, wellbeing and participation. PD5-10: Critically analyses attitudes, behaviours and strategies that contribute to positive relationships. PD5-11: Refines and applies interpersonal skills to build and maintain respectful and inclusive relationships. Stage 6 (Years 11–12) – PDHPE / Life Skills P1: Identifies and applies positive health practices to improve personal wellbeing. P2: Describes factors and strategies that enhance resilience and connectedness. P3: Demonstrates ability to build and maintain respectful relationships. P16: Demonstrates skills to work collaboratively, effectively and inclusively with others.
